A decade of leadership is no small thing, and Rebecca’s impact over these past ten years has been truly extraordinary. She has guided ACF with steady vision, thoughtful strategy, and a deep, genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. Under her leadership, the Foundation has grown not only in reach and capacity, but in heart—strengthening relationships with our community, expanding meaningful partnerships, and ensuring that every initiative reflects the values we stand for.

Rebecca leads with both purpose and compassion. She sees beyond the immediate need and works to build lasting solutions that uplift individuals and families across our community. Her ability to bring people together—members, donors, nonprofits, and partners—has helped turn shared generosity into real, measurable impact. Many of the programs and events that define ACF today bear the mark of her dedication, creativity, and tireless work behind the scenes.

What truly sets Rebecca apart is the way she shows up every day: with integrity, kindness, and an unwavering belief in what is possible when people come together for good. She has been a mentor, a collaborator, a steady guide, and a passionate advocate for the mission she serves.

As we reflect on the past ten years, we are filled with gratitude for all that Rebecca has given to ACF and the community we serve. And as we look ahead, we are excited for what is still to come under her leadership.
