Join Marielys this Wednesday and Thursday for liquid motion, she is only here once a month, don’t miss this opportunity!! Liquid Motion is a movement methodology focused on attuning to your senses and dancing intentionally. During this sensual floorwork class (off the pole), we will explore pelvic initiations, overall body fluidity, soft transitions, and across-the-floor pathways. Class starts with dynamic stretches and movement drills, followed by Liquid Motion exercises, and finishes with free flow where students can experiment with the learned moves and find their own artistic expression. Participants will leave the class with a deeper awareness of sensual movement and new skills to add to their repertoire.

K-Pop Demon Hunters Performance Series - with Ong ✨

Train like a Demon Hunter (or embrace your inner Demon 😈) as you learn a dynamic routine featuring K-pop-inspired choreography, pole tricks, and choreographed fight sequences.

Throughout this 6-week series, you'll build an exciting performance piece set to multiple songs from the movie, culminating in a live performance at Rise & Climb's Shine Showcase on September 13, 2026.

📅 Wednesdays | August 5 – September 9, 2026
🕡 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

‼️Requirements:
• Level 1+
• Must be comfortable being filmed and featured on the studio's public social media platforms
• Must attend at least 5 rehearsals
• Must be available to perform at the Shine Showcase on September 13, 2026

• August 5, 12, 19, 26
• September 2 & 9
