My first official session with Jordyn. I've been watching her play for awhile now (even before I started No Ka 'Oi) and I'm a huge fan. Its time to put in work now that we got her on an individual training program. We're working on her ball handling, quickness, and overall aggression. Great work today Jordyn and I'm looking forward to our next session

Ryal, another one of my guards doing work a few weeks back. Worked on ball handling, change of pace, footwork, balance, shooting, etc. Another one of my players with a very strong work ethic. We gonna take it to the next level
