The back float is required curriculum. They need to be able to get it themselves and sustain it by themselves. This is the critical safety skill that every swim teacher is working towards. Don't tell me it's too hard. Babies can do this. Practice. Practice.

Do you guys know about BioAstin and Spirulina? These are my daily supplements (+magnesium), and I give the Spirulina to my dog.
Both are made right here in Kona, Hawaii at the Energy Lab. I've always wanted a job from them, but now I'm seeking sponsorship. Tomorrow is the last day to get them both on sale at Costco. They're on sale at Costco a lot. Help me manifest.
