Name me all the 60+ year olds that that workout 5-6 times a week, Iโll start here is & we have been working consistently for the past 5 years!! Working on weightlifting, Resistance Training, strength & Conditioning, balance, agility, even mind games ๐ and this past year we added some stand up work to the mix ๐ฅ . Jio & Ari Box out of and will represent Kona Hawaiโi as they travel to America to Fight in the USA Boxing National Championships in Shreveport Louisiana, the tournament runs from March 25th till April 3rd.

Jiohvani is 13 years old he has 13 fights with 8 wins 5 losses in 2018 he became the only boxer in the history of the big island to bring home a Silver gloves National championship Belt.. In 2019 he competed in the Junior Olympics bringing home a silver medal and ranking # 2 in the nation in his age and weight class..

Ari is 15 years old and has 12 fights with 5 wins 7 losses.. In 2018 she became a Silver gloves Regional champion but lost at Nationals.. In the same year she competed in the USA Boxing junior Olympics and finished bringing home the bronze medal and ranking #3 in the nation in her age and weight class..
