Back when we were not on lockdown in March 2020. Kona, HI: A REAL FUN DAY FOR THE GRAND KIDS & THE GRAND PARENTS, Terry & Marilyn Vraniak from ANCHORAGE ALASKA , long time 20 YEARS + CLIENTS ON The LINDA SUE II, III & IV along with OWNER & CAPTAIN JEFF HEINTZ wanted to take their GRAND KIDS, Zoi & Hayden out for some ACTION, ANY KIND, so I decided to get them some LITE TACKLE ACTION with some 2 to 3 lb. "AHI" Yellow Fin Tuna. It was some 3 Hrs. of NON STOP ACTION for the group. Even GRANDMA got to pull in a couple. And GRANDPA got to fight with a 300 Lb. Blue Marlin on the way back from Tuna fishing and the Marlin is still out there to FIGHT ANOTHER DAY.

150 LB Blue Marlin by Taylor Pokuta: Owner Capt. Jeff Heintz took his granddaughter out for a day of practice before the up coming Wahine Tournament. Well she did a great job practicing on her 1st Marlin catch of her life. Taylor is a second year student at Univ. of Hawaii in Honolulu.
With Taylor on back is crew Jett Johnson.

722 lbs Big Blue Marlin, BIGGEST BLUE in KONA 2019- Mike Fizer came to Hawaii for two reasons: 1. To see his brother Steve and Hilo 2. To go fishing on the Linda Sue IV in Kona. Mike’s wish was to catch a “big fish”. It came true with the “Biggest Blue Marlin” caught in Kona for year 2019. When the Linda Sue IV boated Mike’s “Big Blue”, it put Captain, owner Jeff Heintz on The Years Big Fish List in 3 different categories at the same time:
1. Biggest Ono - 42 lbs 2. Biggest Mahi-Mahi - 44.5 lbs 3. Biggest Blue Marlin - 722 lbs (Also see action photos on our Instagram Lindasue_2 page)

173 lbs Big Ass Ahi. Jeff Cooke and his brother Bryan from Santa Anna, CA had a great couple of days fishing on the Linda Sue IV with Captain-Owner Jeff Heintz. Jeff boated his BIGGEST AHI EVER and his brother Bryan got his FIRST MARLIN EVER, after 10 tries, not all on the Linda Sue boat.

160 LB Ahi "Yellow Fin" Tuna, Bradley Alm from San Antonio TX. fishing on The Linda Sue IV in Kona HI was so happy with his HUGE Tuna he got down & dirty with it.

360 LB Blue Marlin on 50lb Test{ Rick Lang from Clearwater, MN took his son Cody from Maple Lake, MN. fishing for a 3/4 day on the Linda Sue VII. When Cody stepped on the boat, I said "you look like you can handle a "big ass" fish so I hooked him up on a 50 lb rod with a BallyHoo for trolling bate. After a grueling one hour battle, we came back with his "fish of a lifetime". Nice going Cody! Captain-owner Jeff Heintz is up top with engines running because of the big surge in the harbor.
