Come together with yoga sisters Gloria and Sarah to move, stretch, breathe, and chant together! In a time when the world feels pressured with divisiveness and geo-political crises, we invite you to join us in friendship and peace, to commune through yoga, meditation, tea, and music. 

Itʻs simple. Yoga means union, and we practice together to remember the harmony between us.
