Weekend!! No salt harvesting today..
Ever wonder what makes Deep Ocean Water so unique? Ipolani shares the story of it. Our water source starts 900 years ago around Greenland, cold and dense where it slowly sinks into deep sea currents and travels down the Atlantic, around Antarctica and then slowly up the Pacific where it eventually ends up, mineral rich and so pristine. We are fortunate to have access to this amazing and pristine water source for our salt, magnesium and electrolytes (and not to forget, cold water foot soaks!!)
If you find yourself in Kona, come check us out! We are open daily from 9-4. No reservations required for complimentary salt tastings at the farm store, foot soaks are generally available on a walk in basis but best to reserve. Or join Ipolani for a farm tour, please be sure to reserve those ahead of time.
