When I started Triathlon approx 5 years ago I said that my big goal is going to IRONMAN World Championship in Kona Hawaii when I am 50 years old. Well, I did it and dreams do come true.
Althoug defeated and broken by the brutal conditions on the Island of Hawaii and goddess of volcanoes and fire, I finished and that was my main goal.

Hadde en av de flotteste turene på sykkel ever i går, med 270 km og 4275 høydemeter i magisk natur fra havet i Nice, via fjellene i Gorges du Verdon og inn blant vinranker i Provence.
