It’s been a while! Would usually have been posting about training camps/early season races but alas it’s not to be at the moment:(....but fear not, this weekend there is an event to get your teeth into! A virtual x-tri event!! More details on the link below but essentially a Saturday Zwift ride with special guests on zoom followed up by a Munro elevation run:) spaces are limited so sign up to test the race legs or just join in socially....

Right today’s the day! They’ll all be tucked up in their beds (hopefully) in kona but from around 6pm this eve you can track Graeme Stewart, Jennifer Stewart and Bruce Greenhalgh in Kona 2019!!!

Vega IRONMAN® World Championship Live Results!

Congratulations to Andy Mac on a fantastic podium at the Powerman Zofingen: World Championship! Always a hard worker and passionate I'm very chuffed for him.

The last few weeks have seen the Scottish Middle distance (Aberfeldy) and Standard distance (Knockburn) championships.

I'm delighted to congratulate Peter Fenwick on his 2nd place 35-39 British medal and 3rd place overall in the Scottish Championships!

Well done to Jennifer and Alvaro as well as Ruth and from the swim group who also competed with Jill sweeping up the SV prize.

Jennifer ran this week with more success taking 2nd place overall in the Scottish Standard championships. Alvaro finished his excelent season in style with a 4th overall taking the 3rd senior championship prize. Another well done to Ruth and who competed again with Jill sweeping up the SV prize with a strong run.

FINISHED!! 10hrs26ish? 5th place. Fantastic

10k into the run. Regular dousing with 5L of river water occurring. 23oC at the mo and warming 🥴

150km down. Just finished the last climb. He’s comfortable but warm! Fueling and hydration spot on. On to T2 to meet him

70km into the bike. Still going well. Fog has finally lifted and temp going up:)

He’s out the water! Top 10- solid swim. 52 min ish.

Ready to go here in the morning in Eidfjord (AKA the Norwegian Riviera) for the inaugural X-Tri world Champs. Cheer on Graeme and the rest of the Scottish X-Tri team by heading over to NXtri from 4am BST 😉.....

Bucket list race alert!!!! Tomorrow morning we have Jennifer Stewart going in the iconic Challenge Roth. Weather looks to have cooled down a bit from last weekend so hoping for a great race! Good Luck Jenn and make sure your out the water with Lucy Charles:)
