This guy came in this morning with a respectable 6.6 pound MU! Anybody that knows anything about hunting these animals knows how difficult it is to get close. He took us out with a 6 foot three prong. It’s hard enough to send these guys down with a gun. Solid work. Bragging rights for sure.

A few days after dominating the women’s division in the 2026 U.S. National Spearfishing championships and taking 2nd place, Brit Brockway just speared a world record Kamanu (rainbow runner) weighing a whopping 21 pounds. Beating the existing record by 5 pounds. I have a feeling this won’t be the last time she breaks any records. Constantly setting the bar high. What a badass! Great job.

Last chance to sign up folks! The last day to sign up will be Wednesday. After today, the weather looks nice for the rest of the week with lots of sun and very little surf. So diving condition should be good. I really would like to get more youth and female divers involved because we’re lacking in that area.
