To spread and pass on the art of hoe wa'a (Hawaiian Outrigger Canoe paddling) and it's history to the residents and guests of Hawai’i
Our goal is to enrich the guests with the history of the wa’a and Kailua. Our tour guides are all local “Kailua boys” and full-time waterman and lifeguards. We aim to provide experience that truly embody Hawaiian culture, while safely being led by Local Kailua waterman and lifeguards. We hope to give back to the community by employing local Kailua boys and offering free canoe excursions.
