No experience necessary. I love sharing this technology which powerfully releases stress & opens up all of your energy centers so you feel grounded on your essence.

Kundalini Yoga includes postures (asanas), breathwork (prayanama) and meditation. Each Kriya (set of exercises) has a theme which opens up all of the energy centers that run along your spine, bringing in increased vitality and nervous system regulation. The theme of this Kriya activates all ten bodies and brings you into deeper connection with your essence and higher consciousness.

Learn about the ten bodies of yogic philosophy and experience them within the practice! The ten bodies are: Soul Body, Negative Mind, Positive Mind, Neutral Mind, Physical Body, Arc Line, Auric Body. Pranic Body, Subtle Body and the Radiant Body.

No experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat, water and meditation cushion if you have one.

Time: Begin on Saturday 9/14 at Bella Kai Hot Yoga with a 7am Hot 90 yoga class (all levels). Then we will settle into our Lanikai oasis through Sunday 5pm.

Yesterday I spent an exquisite afternoon with 5 beautiful women at my yoga studio. We took a deep dive into self-love, high frequency of essential oils/meditation, releasing self-hatred and falling in love with the divine expression we each are. Next time I’ll remember to take photos…lol…was so immersed in the moment.🌹🌸♾️
