About Sara
Sara DiGrazia, RYT 200, C-IAYT, is a Therapeutic and Prenatal Yoga Instructor as well as a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She was raised in the Yoga School of Kailua, where the study of the eight limbs of yoga was as routine as sleeping and eating. .

About Therapeutic Yoga
Tuesday evening Therapeutic Yoga class is meant for those who seek an extraordinarily gentle, grounding, and expansive Yoga practice. As students of this art form, you will be asked to find comfort with the use of Yoga props and the breath, in long held, low intensity yoga poses meant to help the practitioner discover deep release and relaxation. This Yoga is good for everyone, including those who are recovering from, or living with, injury or illness; people that have found other forms of Yoga difficult to participate in; and for those looking for a true break from the busyness of modern life.

Tonight, Monday Night Patricia AG Waters is teaching 5:30-6:30pm Restorative Yoga. It is a donation based class, suggested at $10-$20. At Body - Yoga - Soul Located at 306 Kalama St. Kailua. It is in a neighborhood so be mindful of the community. Walk through the carport and you will see a door that leads into the studio. Everyone is welcome, all ages and all levels of yoga.

Aloha Kailua Oahu Yoga Community. We are located in a Kailua neighborhood. We believe in community and sharing yoga, meditation, and other mindfulness practices with our community. We have been around for a little over two years. We hope to expand our offerings here on Facebook. If you live on Oahu and especially those of you in Kailua or the eastside we hope to connect and meet soon.
