More Muay Thai classes coming August 24th!

🌟 Teen/Adult morning Muay Thai classes will be available at 9:00 on Mondays and Wednesday.

🌟 Kids Muay Thai classes will be at 6:00pm on Mondays and Wednesdays in the cage.

Somewhere between emails, group chats, and three tabs open at once, most of us forgot what it feels like to focus on one thing.

Plus Saturday is promotions night!
