Matthew Halloran, MS, Author of "Shut The F Up and Listen" Matthew is the author of the upcoming book, Shut the F Up and Listen, How to Solve the World's Problems. Coaching was in his blood. You learn from listening.

He is also the co-founder of ProudMouth, a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator and overall muppet. His professors quickly identified Matthew Halloran as a person who was supposed to be a coach. In fact, Matthew was in graduate school to become a therapist and was told he should pursue coaching. After graduating with his Master’s Degree and becoming a Certified Coach, Matthew started teaching coaching at his Alma Matter. Success Fast Lane Magazine listed him as one of the world's top life coaches, and he has tried to live up to that moniker since then. After coaching around one thousand people over the last 15 years, he is passionate about helping people learn how to be the best person they can be. He has learned one major life lesson: You don't learn anything about yourself by talking. Hence the book. This is his third book and the most important one he has written.
