AZO Women’s Kickboxing

AZO Women's Kickboxing is offered to all female members as part of their unlimited membership and to Kickboxing is for everyone. No experience necessary.

Women's Only Kickboxing is a great way to build your confidence and knowledge of the sport, making it an easier transition into the coed classes. Not a prerequisite but an option for women to feel more comfortable as they grow their love for the sport. Whether you want to use it for fitness, self defense, make new friends or compete- we have a wide range of students here for many different reasons

Something to think about: 🤔

Alysa Liu and Simone Biles both took a break for their mental health.

And when they came back?
They thrived.

They realized they didn’t have to fit the system perfectly.
They didn’t have to make everyone else comfortable.
They didn’t have to stay silent.

They honored themselves.

They listened to their bodies.
They protected their mental health.
They stepped away when they needed to.
They came back on their own terms.

And in a world that constantly tells girls to be agreeable, grateful, quiet, easy to coach, easy to manage, easy to mold…

They chose autonomy.

That’s the lesson.

Success doesn’t have to come at the expense of your identity.
You don’t have to break yourself to belong.

As a mom raising kids in sports, this matters to me.

I want them to know:
You can be joyful.
You can set boundaries.
You can say no and be yourself.

And you can still achieve greatness. 👏
