If you, or someone you know, are looking to step up your throws game...coach Bill Griffey is one of the best in the business.

After practice training throws. Most schools do not have the facilities to accommodate a team of throwers, it is near impossible to get in the reps you need during practice when you have to share a ring with a large group of throwers. We are here to help throwers get extra training throws with quality instruction.

We want to thank each of you for the love and support you’ve given ADP Academy over the last 2 years. We were privileged and proud to be able to serve 100’s of clients ranging from grade school through adult and have been able to help athletes become better, adults to be healthier, kids to learn foundational movement patterns, seniors to regain lost mobility and help the injured go back to play the sports they love…and most of all have a GREAT time doing so.

We’d like to think we’ve made a little bit of difference in all the lives we’ve been able to touch and hope you continue to keep up the lifestyle of staying healthy & fit and continue your athletic development for years to come. We know your smiles made our lives a little better.

So, with a bit of a heavy heart we have to say that August 2020 was the last month of ADP Academy. Without the ability to open our doors during these trying times we have no choice but to close them permanently. This decision did not come easy as we will certainly miss seeing all of you and watching you make the progress that you did.
