Muskegon has been good to the Maroons this season — two tournaments, two championship trophies! 🏆🏆

The boys battled all weekend and once again came home as undefeated champions of the Schools Out for Summer Tournament.

This weekend, the team will enjoy some well-earned time off celebrating Father’s Day with their dads. Then it’s back to work as we prepare for our last tournament of the season.

In two weeks, the Maroons hit the road for Decatur, Indiana to compete in the USSSA Lead Off Hit Tournament at Hanna City Park. We can’t wait to see what this group accomplishes next!

Sorry we’ve been a little quiet this past week—our media lady was busy surviving the last week of school! 📚😅

Unfortunately, this isn’t the update we were hoping to share.

The boys came out swinging on Saturday, putting up an impressive 16 runs and earning the #2 seed heading into bracket play on Sunday. They battled hard, but ultimately fell short and were eliminated from the tournament.

Now it’s time to turn the page and get ready for the next challenge! We’re hoping for a big bounce-back weekend as the Maroons head to Muskegon for the “Schools Out for Summer” Tournament beginning this Saturday.
