I couldn’t have said it any better! There’s a reason why is one of my favorite in the game. As someone who is new to the sport of bodybuilding I fully agree with this, I never saw myself wanting to be a body builder, s**t I didn’t even know what is was & that it was even a sport. But the more I learned about it the more I became infatuated with it & the more I told myself this is what I wanted to do. I fell in love with training before I even knew what bodybuilding was.

My guy jumped out & hit 30 reps w/ 115lbs
