Make sure to get your squats in today, or even this weekend!!
A great way to squeeze (see what I did there 😉) in those squats is to squat while you pick up all the toys on the floor, or that dirty laundry pile that missed the hamper, or the shoes that make it to the front entryway but not the designated shoe bin 🤦♀️
Squat pickin weeds in your garden/yard! Sure you may look like a total weirdo, but you'll be a fit weirdo 😉😉😂
