AUDIENCE
● This event is open to the public and free of charge. It is family friendly, and alcohol and drug free.
● The organizers are people in recovery from addiction and diagnosed mental conditions.
● The community vendors and booths are from organizations that support recovery of all kinds.
● The festival will showcase local makers who are in recovery and give them the opportunity to sell their products.
● This is a wonderful opportunity for those who are “sober curious” to have fun and celebrate recovery! Recovery Institute, a local peer run 501c3 nonprofit organization, is acting as fiduciary for this event. Our mission statement reads: “We are a community of peers embracing recovery." We have been contracting with Integrated Services of Kalamazoo to provide peer-to-peer recovery services to individuals in Kalamazoo since 2006. Please contact us @ [email protected]
