Hello! I’m Emily Agate, and I believe that fitness should fuel your life, not complicate it.
As a mom of two busy boys and a former professional wakesurfer, I know firsthand the challenge of balancing high-level performance with daily life. My passion for fitness isn’t just a job, it’s been my constant. I combine the focus and intensity learned as an athlete with personalized training plans to help my clients achieve goals they didn’t think were possible. I’m here to show you how to feel strong, energized, and ready to tackle anything, whether you’re chasing a personal best or chasing toddlers.

Huge shoutout to our very own trainer Rachel for bringing home the Best Novice Lifter Award at the Iron Legion Fitness Expo! 🏆💪 She was just as excited as we were and we couldn’t be prouder! 🙌

Rachel is not only a powerhouse on the platform but she’s also 1 of our 6 incredible personal trainers here at World Gym, and 1 of 4 who lead our high-energy WGA classes. 🔥 Her passion, strength, and dedication make her an amazing coach and motivator.

World Gym came out STRONG at the Iron Legion Fitness Expo Powerlifting Competition this Saturday! Our athletes showed up, put in the work, and absolutely crushed it on the platform. All competing for the first time while breaking PR’s!🏋️‍♂️⚡️

Even better than the lifts was the energy: cheering, pushing, and supporting each other every step of the way. That’s what makes the World Gym family unstoppable. ❤️💯
