It only takes five seconds to prove this habit is giving you a false sense of security.
Racking the slide for dry practice is commonly taught as the way to get better, but it brings with it a bad habit that must be undone.
Rather than racking between each rep, use the 365 DryFireMag. This allows for infinite dry presses with realistic resistance and break, without installing a bad habit.
This is also superior to the idea of putting your frame out of battery.
Sig, Walther, Springfield, Smith, and many other brands include return springs in their assemblies now.
Yet the dryfiremag has appeal to all of the above brands.
Why?
Because it does much more than just allow your trigger to move limply, and lifelessly back and forth under pressure.
it provides a realistic OEM factory wall, press weight, break and reset sensation during travel.
In other words, it provides realistic resistance for one to work through while operating trigger presses, without the unrealistic bad habit of racking the slide between presses.
Folks wanna double tap during dryfire, and we provide the tool for the job.
