I hope everyone has liked the zoom CHISEL classes. I know I’ve enjoyed getting to see all of you and teaching my classes again. I want to let everyone know that I will be picking one exercise and going over proper form and addressing common mistakes 10 minutes before class starts. If you wish to attend just login to the CHISEL class 15 minutes before the start of class.
