Wed: Tone & Conditioning w/ Nohealani. 6:30 PM @ Kuleana. Full body workout. $15 or by donation.

Thurs: Hula Buns & Cardio w/ Kahale. 7:30 AM. By donation.

Sat: Cardio Kick Boxing w/ Mel @ RTC. 7 AM. @ RTC. $15 or by donation.
