With his 4:39.88 in the 1600 at the County Championships last week, Liam Crews has officially qualified for the Freshman Elite Mile at Adidas Nationals in June.

Records were broken last night. Kongrats to our queens of Wonder Nation! The 4x200 stood since 1986. The 4x400 stood since 2016. These ladies are Regional-bound in all sprint relays!
