Tonight’s first class was a solo practice. As I was reminded earlier today about Shoshin - The students mindset and one of no preconceptions, I enjoyed the self-work time and look forward to Saturday’s training!

We have secured a place to train. Prices and Schedule will be announced very soon. However we are pleased to announce we'll be at Open Palm Martial Arts starting November 1st, 2024.

Tonight is the first class. Class will start at 8pm. Tonight we’ll likely run longer than usual as we’ll be explaining dojo (martial school) etiquette. Your first class is always free. Make sure if you don’t have a dogi (martial arts uniform) that you wear comfortable workout clothes, I suggest a loser t-shirt and sweat pants.
