Will I see you this weekend?๐
As promised all my events have been rescheduled for this weekend๐ฅฐ
As many classes as Iโve taken and taught, teaching still makes me immensely nervous๐ฎโ๐จ
I always try to over think/plan what my sequence will be, how I want my playlist to flow, but after just getting done playing around on my mat, I feel more confident than I once didโฆ
And thatโs solely because I allowed myself to DO instead of plan.
YOGA is about what you feel, and what your intuition pulls out of you. It comes naturally, if you allow it.
So come DO what naturally calls to you, and get into this flow๐คธ๐พ
