Our route this week will be:

7:30 start - Kaw Point Route. This is a super fun 4 miles out through the west bottoms, over the bridge to where the Kansas and Missouri rivers meet. Can snag 8-9 miles here.

Early Miles or add on miles: if you start early or need more than 8-9, head out on SW Blvd heading south west from Rochester. We have a cooler 2 miles out so easily get 6-8 miles here.

⏰: Gather - 7:15am | Run - 7:30am
📍: 2129 Washington St KCMO
☁️: 65 degrees

Our route this week is our classic 19th to 18th to Paseo North to Cliff Drive!

No matter if you have 3 miles or 23 miles this is a great one!

Early miles cooler at SW Blvd and Rainbow!

⏰: Gather - 7:15am | Run - 7:30am
📍: 2129 Washington St KCMO
☁️: 60 degrees and clear!

Run one of the set routes or any distance you would like between 2 and 22 miles!

10 mile / 12 mile
18 mile / 20 mile

We will also have The Running Well Store, KC Marathon, BOKA Energy, FIT MJC, and Team World Vision all on site with some raffles and fun!
