September is National Su***de Prevention Month. As a team we took a moment to think about what makes us happy and brings joy back into our lives when things get a little too overwhelming and chaotic. Being student athletes a lot of things can add up too quickly such as school work, practice and games, extracurriculars, and even jobs. Because of this, it is important that we know what helps us regain control when it all piles up.
