What’s one food you’ve been buying on repeat or a recipe you have been making lately? Fully planning my next Trader Joe’s run from this comment section 📝

As a coach, I can write a good program, help with macros, and encourage clients every week, but I can’t control what they are walking back into when they leave.

That’s one of the biggest elements of my vision for Studio P: not just a 1:1 roster, where clients never meet anyone but me, but also also a community where goals and growth are taken seriously.

If you’ve ever felt self conscious or judged for orders by food differently, saying no to another drink, or carving out time for a workout, I hope you know you’re not alone, and that’s the culture I’m committed to building here.

And if you’ve been thinking about joining us for our one-year anniversary event, there’s a small handful of tickets left, and I’d love to see you there. 🤍

Fit people aren’t necessarily more motivated, they just have better systems.

Nothing I shared is a hack, it’s a system. I know I’m going to have days when motivation is low, energy is low, and I have limited desire to do a workout or pick a healthy meal, so I PLAN FOR THAT.

Instead of setting up your goals in a super optimistic and perfect way and planning for your IDEAL week, plan for your REALISTIC week.

Do you need an emergency meal on hand?

Do you need to change your phone settings to limit social media after a certain time so you won’t stay up late scrolling?

Do you need to actually schedule and plan an hour on weekends to prep grab and go breakfasts so you don’t skip it like you often do?

Life is always going to be busy. The key is you finally decide to stop waiting for that to change, and you start planning for it.

The women I work with don’t need another workout that will leave them sore for days. They need a plan, something they can trust to work.

That’s honestly the part of coaching I love most: watching the plan click, watching my clients surprise themselves with PRs, and watching the subtle but sure shift in their self confidence. It’s truly the best.

If you’re tired of jumping from trend to trend or feeling frustrated that your effort and motivation isn’t taking you anywhere, I’d love to help.

This July marks one year of Studio P, and I feel incredibly grateful for every woman who has trusted me with a part of her fitness journey.

I have a few special things planned to celebrate in July, and I can’t wait to share them with you.

Thank you for being here! 🤍

Women are told to optimize everything these days — their workouts, their nutrition, having the perfect morning routine, etc., and don’t get me wrong, I am a big believer in pursuing excellence in every way possible, but I think there’s a difference between building a better life and constantly feeling like your life needs fixing.

With my clients, I build their programs and encourage their routines around the belief that improving fitness and getting stronger should create more confidence and presence in your life, not create another set of rules. I live this myself as a business owner and mom.

If this resonates with you, I think you’re going to love what I have coming this summer with Studio P. 🤍
