We've recently received comments from some community members that there are too many teens in our gyms. Our response? We're happy to have them! They could be doing a lot worse then working on their mental and physical well being. Kudos to our adult members who serve as the examples, and especially to the families who exercise together at Metro KC Fitness. If you haven't figured it out yet everyone is welcome in our gyms.
