Praying today for all of our current and future sports leaders to be humble servants that desire to glorify the Lord in all they do.

The world tells us to look out for ourselves first.

Jesus showed us a different way.
The leaders who make the greatest impact aren't focused on being served. They're focused on serving others. They look for ways to encourage, equip, and help people grow.

Leadership becomes powerful when it's rooted in humility.

True leadership is earned through character, service, and the way you impact the people around you.
Jesus changed lives not because of a position He held, but because of the way He loved, served, and led others. That's the kind of leadership that leaves a lasting legacy.

Your faith is not separate from your leadership.
It shows up in your words, your actions, and how you treat others daily. The place you lead is the place God is calling you to represent Him.
This is your mission field.

For our first-ever Leadership Team Retreat, our SportsLife Leadership team gathered in Montana. We laughed, prayed, worshipped, dreamed, and were reminded that ministry is never meant to be done alone.
