It's true..

If only I knew how serious this fact was when I was growing up! Health issues arrise when we don't have nutrition.

Huge percentage of the stuff sold in the store is full of crap!
Chemicals/Pesticides, Toxic dyes, Artificial Ingredients, Toxic oils, Refined Grains & Sugars, GMO, Bioengineered 🤢

The best place to shop at the grocery store is the perimeter of the store where everything is fresh.

Buying organic is best. The ground is not over worked and they do not use pesticides. Full of nutrition!!

Always wash your fresh produce, you never know if something did get on your product.
