League is on tonight, we may be trying to get in before the rain starts, so I am calling this layout to either get us done quickly or to yell at us to get off the course quickly.

League layout for the Great Northeast league of KC at Kessler Park tonight. We want o be throwing by 6. There is a huge problem on current layout of hole #7, so there is a walk tonight between hole #4 and the layout #5..... remember we are athletes......

This is a relatively rain friendly layout for tonight as well.

Kansas City has a lot of history in the sport of disc golf. we have many hall of fam members from a national and a state level. We have many people that aren't in those that contributed more to the sport than many realize.

But ultimately we have a community of disc lovin' people that make the sport continue to grow here in KC.

Many may not know that the Disc Golf Day that is upcoming at Waterworks on Saturday is actually today. Here is a proclamation that Mark Morales pushed to get through to the mayor and proclaim today the disc golf day, I was fortunate enough to help but lets be clear Mark did it more than I....

This was in effect to take a little more control for the World's Biggest disc golf day at the time and ad a home spun favor to it. Kansas City for years had been a large supporter of that event, but we believed that our fine fun people here in KC could go at it alone a little better and give it the home flavor......

Suffice it to say, it continues with great people always working hard to spread awareness about the sport so many of us love. So please do get out to WW this weekend if you can and support it. Here is a little historical marker for today, because after all, today is Kansas City Disc Golf Day!

well....as of RIGHT MEOW league is on, but I am very hesitant with the weather to say it will happen. I have created a rain layout for tonight. Zac Harris or Dave Herbert will finish up league as I have other obligations. I will be there to start or determine....but if we get the rain that they are saying after 4, ill call it by then.....To be safe, I wouldn't plan on it happening, but I dont want to call it yet just in case...... Ace Fund is $234.... And thanks to Bowen Seiter for getting some workday love out there a couple of holes look better.....We shall see....

Kansas City's Northeast Disc Golf Site Every 2nd Tuesday of the month we will travel to another course, either perm or temp to play.  Cliff Drive will be unique pretty much weekly otherwise, no boring times here. We may travel beyond these dates as well from time to time.

REMINDER.... The great league of the Northeast is on TUESDAY, the night doesn't move, the league may......

We are traveling to Marlborough Park tomorrow for a 9 hole layout x2. it is at 82nd and Brooklyn. We want to be throwing by 6. Please arrive early enough to make it happen....
