General Admission Tickets: $5 (available until 6:45 PM)
This is a no cash event. Tickets and concessions bundles can be purchased ahead of time or using a debit or credit card or tap to pay at the event.
A small concession stand will be available on the upper level of the gym.

Mat-Side VIP Tables
A limited number of mat-side table seats are still available for $50. These seats include a meal provided by The Suburban:

Please enter through the South Athletic Entrance. Ticket sales and check-in will be located outside the main gym on the lower level.

If you have someone wrestling in the fundraiser Saturday, please arrive at the high school between 445-5 so we can explain the happenings, get their walkout song if we don’t already have it, and get them thinking about any interview promos they might want to do to talk trash.

Wrestling camp for the Girls in Abilene!

From high school coach Thompson on our upcoming big fundraiser. We have some club kids wrestling in this as well as there will be coaches, non wrestling teacher, and alumni wrestling at the fundraiser. It will be WWE style with walkout and interviews etc. if your able, please come support.

As we kick off the summer portion of our offseason program, I wanted to share a few updates and invite everyone to a parent/wrestler meeting on Wednesday, May 27th at 5:30 PM in the PHS auditorium.

At this meeting, we will go into detail about our June 6th fundraiser event and explain the full schedule and details for the evening. I will also be sharing information about all summer camps and clinics during the meeting.

Tomorrow afternoon, I will be posting the ticket links on social media. The links are included below for your convenience, but please do not share them yet. We are still making sure everything is working correctly and I will send a follow-up email once they are ready to be distributed publicly.

There are several ways to support this event. The two biggest ways are:

Purchasing tickets to attend the event (link here)
Making a flat donation for those who may not be able to attend (link here)
Wrestlers can also be “sponsored” for their matches, and I will explain that process in greater detail during Wednesday’s meeting.

Ticket options are as follows:

General Admission: $5 (bleacher seating)
Matside Seating: $50 per seat
Full Matside Table: $300 (6 seats per table)
Matside seating also includes a meal provided by The Suburban. Concessions will also be available for general admission attendees.

There are simply too many details to effectively share through email, so if you are able to attend the meeting, please do so. We are excited about the opportunities this summer provides for our athletes and appreciate all of your continued support.
