A bad glove break-in can make your player perform worse on the field.

Not because the player is doing anything wrong — but because they’re trying to make plays with a glove that isn’t working the way it should.

This Rawlings Advanced fielding glove had been steamed (please avoid) and worked on, but the break-in wasn’t right. No shape and no pocket means no room for a ball.
