Have you been to the Heartland Overlook Preserve (aka The HOP) yet? It’s 40 acres of oak-hickory forest on the bluffs above the Blue River. Owned by and under ongoing ecological restoration, it’s a great place to mtb, hike, explore and connect with nature. 💚

With Spring rains upon us, it’s a bit challenging to plan group MTB rides far in advance. We may decide the day before or even day-of where we want to ride and we might change locations at the last-minute based on conditions, trail status or other factors. The very best way to stay connected is to join the WLC Discord server (link in bio) and get on the #⛰️mountain-biking channel.
