Welcome to the portal, Star Seeds!

OEC is a movement meditation designed to help unlock patterns in the psyche and body.

Similar to Ecstatic Dance~with a little more guidance to allow us to explore new ways of being, new ways of moving, and new ways of relating.

Though we move with music and dancing is certainly celebrated, I want to emphasize this practice is not at all about how you look as a mover. It’s purpose is to simply move the vibration through the body. We are energy in motion, and movement is a primary way we dispel and integrate frequencies that can sometimes get “stuck” in the mind, body, and auric field.

We help guide this process, this evolution, and this emergence of our most integrated being!

This is a sacred ritual. We bring a level of presence and initiation as we practice this gift of deeper embodiment.

Come join us with the utmost reverence for this beautiful space, time, and capacity to simultaneously shed what no longer serves and embody the wisdom that has always been! 👁️✨👁️💃🏼🌀🧬🌌💫

✨ Adorn yourself in whatever makes you feel lit up! Loose clothing is easier to move in, its wood flooring so socks or bare feet are great!

✨ Bring yoga mat, blanket, cushion, water, something to cover eyes for sound bath afterwards
