Last week we finally made it all the way to Cap Fed Natatorium in Topeka! As a team we collectively logged over 65 miles of workout minutes during the 6 weeks of April and May so far to get ourselves to the State Swim and Dive meet in Topeka. Great job ladies!

We are almost to our goal for ! We have now gone 54.5 miles towards Cap Fed Natatorium in Topeka, just 11.5 more miles to go! We are about to hit the last toll booth on I-70, and we will be at the pool in one more week! Let's get there!
