It’s officially summer! We kicked off our new summer schedule this week and the teens are back in action!

Since joining the KCI family in 2020, we’ve watched your motherhood journey, balancing a full time career, and walked alongside you through your third pregnancy and postpartum recovery, a knee surgery + recovery, and witnessed you showing up morning after morning when you could’ve slept in.

You are the definition of Gratitude & Grit. Everything our community stands on is what you display as an athlete. We are so thankful to have you as part of the KCI Community.

Thank you for showing us what can be accomplished with hard work and choosing to show up.

Murph is almost here!

Every Memorial Day, the CrossFit community comes together to honor Lt. Michael Murphy and all those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Congrats to Steven for making it to the Semifinals of the CrossFit Open - that means he's in the top 100 fittest men in his age group in the entire United States! Steven just finished the semifinal workouts this week, so we'll soon find out his standings!
Steven is the 3rd member of KCI CrossFit to ever make it this far in the CrossFit Open so this is quite an accomplishment!
