The 816 Bike

We said goodbye to two of our volunteers this past year. Brian and Bobby both loved to ride bikes, and they brought joy, laughter, and a steady helping hand to the shop.
In the spirit of their friendship and the good times we shared, we’re riding in their honor—and for all those taken too soon.

We’re a 100% volunteer-run, community-powered bike shop — and your support keeps this place alive through the slow winter months. ❄️🖤

This Giving Tuesday, help us bolster our overhead and keep bikes, tools, and maintenance help accessible for folks in KC.

Thank you again to everyone who came out to our Fund-RAGER this year!! We raised nearly 30% of our entire yearly operating budget in just a few hours. Absolutely wild. We couldn’t do this without you.
