The moment you are repping 20-25 reps of these bodyweight. Shoot, even 15 reps. Consider going to weighted next to keep improving.
I prefer a weighted vest vs a weight belt but that’s just me.
10/10 core movement.

Great warmup for the Lowerbody or Cooldown when finishing your workout.
Surprisingly very effective at the end of the workout I had left/remaining. I could feel my legs burning and shaking after 15 reps, I was a fan of this!
Great to do traveling, at the gym or home gym. Solid warm up movement.

Great speed work movement / drill or if you are over 30 & “unc status” like me then this is great for you!
Why? Sometimes sprinting when we get older can be a lot of shock on our tendons, ligaments, & CNS. This movement helps prep and prepare the body for that exact stress - like running at full speed.
I prefer doing this towards the end of my lift or leg day. Do this at home or while traveling.
2-4 sets x 1-8 explosive reps works great for me.
