Hi! I just want to let you know how much I enjoy the Induro class. At first, I wasn't sure if I wanted to join the gym, because I belong to another. I gave it some long thought and decided since I go there for the cycling, I should join the gym. I do the cycling 3 times a week and the other 2 days I work out. I have been with the other gym for 7 years; I have no regrets for leaving. See you at my next class, and keep up the good work. Toni Jones

The thing I like about Induro Cycling Studios is that you compete against yourself and all the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. Induro emphasizes setting your own goals based on your age/ability and always strives to improve your own “personal best”. Induro is one of the best all around aerobic and endurance exercises I have ever been involved with. Not only was the class way more entertaining, it was educational. Your spin classes at Induro Cycling played a big role in me not only reaching my target weight but exceeding In addition to losing more weight then my original goal I also lost it faster then expected. I was anticipating 12-16 weeks to hit my target weight, but I hit it in only 8 weeks! Not only have your classes helped me loose weight but they have also improved my road biking significantly. This summer I rode the MS150 for my fourth time. In the past it has always taken me about 12 hours to finish the first day (100 miles), and I usually average about 11 miles per hour. This year I completed the first day in 8 hours and my average speed was 15.5 mph! You guys have a terrific staff and studio. I appreciate all of the encouragement you give me. Keep up the great work.
