I love my job because of the relationships I have with my athletes... And, okay, because I love running... And lifting... And helping others see the joy in spending hours in the woods eating snacks...🤤

But what drives me forward, lights my heart, and makes the hard knock life of small business ownership ✨BEYOND✨ worth it is the daily interactions with those on the team, who just happen to be some of the coolest, most interesting, uplifting and inspiring people I know.

If you also consider yourself a pretty rad person that loves getting strong and eating snacks in the woods while running ridiculous amounts of miles, you've found your people - and the team is currently open for new athletes 🙌

In 2020, only 23% of ultra runners identified as female. That is incredibly low. So, and I started a passion project:

Our goal: to support more women and non-binary athletes through their first ultra marathon.

Target tense hamstrings with this ✨ 3 step ✨ progressive technique. All you need is a ball, the more dense the more intense. Aim to keep discomfort to a minimal level - I suggest aiming for 5-6/10; no clenching. To properly roll, the body needs to be nice and relaxed.

Remember that this is not the end game, particularly if you have chronic tightness. That is typically a sign of weakness in the area and strength should follow this ball roll.

Stiff, pinching ankles making squats difficult and running a bit uncomfortable? Try this mobilization technique!

All you need is a band and an elevated surface. I'm using a bench but a coffee table, chair, or second step on a set of stairs, all work!

Aim for 20-30 reps, holding the end range position for 1-2 seconds.
