TRX Handstand vs TRX Incline Press.
Which one is which and are they the same?🤔

The starts in a plank with both feet through the foot cradles, then moves into a pike, then requires control without using the straps to end up in the handstand, facing the anchor. 🤯

The starts with one foot through both foot cradles, hands on the ground using the straps as leverage to get vertical, maintains tension on straps throughout the movement, and ends up facing away from the anchor. 😲

Looks the same, but has totally different standards to control. 🤓

Be sure you are keeping the standards and earning your right to progress to each version of these exercises! 💪🏻

Never lose your plank, and maintain full-body tension. If not your shoulders and back can and will take the load and could cause injury.

On the wall is where I like to test my fitness and reset my mind.

Solving problems, unlocking sequences, pushing limits and developing trust in my skills all while trying to remain calm and breathe.

My background and training has brought me a long way quickly. The tension and total body integration that developes is a perfect translation into bouldering.

Today’s How To Monday will show you how to Perform the Squat Hops.

This everyone’s favorite love/hate exercise but is a fantastic metabolic conditioning exercises!

This will help build strong, resilient joints if done correctly. Start off with basics then add ballistics. You can just be explosive off the ground to without jumping and creating a lot of great energy and movement.
