Today we're excited to welcome James to our coaching team! Besides being a zookeeper of 15 years, they also have an intense love for fitness. James has been an athlete all their life, ranging from basketball to Olympic weightlifting. Through sport, they discovered a love for coaching friends and family, eventually deciding to coach professionally.
There's still time to sign up for James' noon and 5:15pm group fitness classes today, and every Friday! Sign up through our app, The Hill Kansas City.

Your practice begins when you decide. We know that it takes more than showing up once to develop a practice, but the first step means as much as the 100th. Here's to developing more of our practice each time we show up in the gym, both mentally and physically fit for what's to come!

Today was Coach Danny's first class, and we're loving the morning energy! He began his CrossFit career in 2009 as a competitor, then a coach, and eventually gym owner.
"My favorite part of this whole chapter in my life is the people. The community has always been the through line for me. I love coaching and watching people improve and evolve. When my wife and I decided to move back here to my hometown, I knew I needed this in my life again. I am thrilled at the opportunity to be a part of this community at The Hill KC. Meet Ryann, our newest fitness coach. She’s been working in fitness for 2.5 years, and we’re glad she’s joined our team!
