You don’t need a fancy blender to make yummy smoothies. This has been our go-to for the last few weeks. Spinach, frozen strawberries, blueberries & cherries. Add enough coconut water to make it blend-able. So simple and packed with vitamins and minerals to get your day started the right way. 🫐🍓🍒🥥🥬

Changing up the schedule starting June 2nd so I can spend time with my kiddos. Class will be recorded each morning (and available for one week) in case your schedule doesn’t line up with the live classes.
We kicked off our 21 day challenge this weekend and I have to say, we have such a great group. Excited for the camaraderie & encouragement this group will have!

This is a perfect time to start thinking about a new fitness routine as we shed the winter blues and daydream about the summer sun. But starting a new routine on your own can be tough. That’s why I decided to do a 21 day movement challenge. This is not a weight loss program, instead we focus on moving our bodies everyday and celebrating the way we feel when we consistently move our bodies. I can already tell this is going to be my go-to summer drink on the deck. As soon as the weather warms up I instantly feel like I need a drink on the deck. But if I don’t choose wisely, I can end up with more drinking way more calories than I expected to. I like to have a few yummy options that are also good for me; that way I’m more likely to make a good choice.
