Your plank sucks. If you are not shaking like a jack hammer :30 into it you’re probably not doing it correctly. To get something out of it you need to actively squeeze your quads, glutes, and abs hard. Unless you just like hanging out on your toes and elbows for extended periods of time, try short sets of the RKC plank 💪🏼
